In order to ensure your understanding of our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy, please read it carefully in its entirety before or after placing an order with us, or before considering a return. Once an order is placed with https://canmeilights.com/, it is understood that you’ve read and agree to this policy.
We allow you to return all new, unused, unsealed, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus actual shipping costs we incurred), you should afford the return shipping cost. Naturally, if your return is because of our error, we'll pay these shipping costs. If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we'll work with you to get it replaced.

Custom orders, large contract jobs (over $1500), and parts cannot be returned.

Please do not ship items back to us or to our manufacturers without prior authorization!
We need to be able to track your order and without calling us first our warehouse will have no idea what to do with your box when it arrives. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to us without prior authorization.
