Small order would be ship by International Expresses (3-7 days) or International logistics parcel (15-20 days). Bulk order would be ship by Airline (5-7 days airport to airport) and sea shipping (20-40days port to port).

2.Transportation problem：
We can provide shipping service.The shipping cost is for the largest size. If you want cheaper shipping cost, please connect us and we will check the cheapest cost for you.

3.How to deal with the faulty?
During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

4.Communication problems：
Lolly has 7 years of working experience in lamps. If you have any questions you don't understand, you can directly contact him.Don't worry about language communication, you can communicate with us in your daily language!

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. WHAT ABOUT THE LEAD TIME?
A: Sample needs 1-5 days, bulk order production time needs 1-2 weeks

Q3. IS IT OK TO PRINT MY LOGO ON LED LIGHT PRODUCT？
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
